They are also armed with local market data and statistics that allow them to confidently bid at auction or negotiate on your behalf.
Time is another precious commodity. Picture this, you find your ‘dream home’ online, it is everything you’ve imagined and more, you get to the open home and quickly realise real estate photography is actual witchcraft. Your beautiful dream home actually resembles Hagrid’s Hut and your street appeal seems more like a warning than a welcome.

There certainly are many more reasons why I would recommend a buyer’s agent, trust me I am someone who is very independent, that hates asking for help and I hired one and am now a licensed BA myself! That’s how much I value their work.
I praise my past buyer’s agent every day for helping me all those years ago. I carried out my working days and weekends as normal; I even went on a holiday while the buyer’s agent scoured the countryside for the best property, on the best street for the best price.
